Alfred Riedl vs PSSI

Alfred Reidl mendapati dirinya dipecat secara sepihak saat terbentuknya kepengurusan PSSI baru yang dipimpin oleh Djohar Arifin setelah mengalami masa simpang siur dan kebanyak media berspekulasi. Sebelumnya Alfred Riedl dikontrak untuk menjadi pelatih timnas Indonesia Senior untuk bertarung di Pala AFF dan berhasil mencapai final meskipun tidak juara. Selama dirinya melatih, banyak pujian yang dialamatkan kepadanya. Masyarakat pun berharap dirinya terus melatih timnas senior.

Alfred Riedl tidak terima dengan hal ini karena pemutusan ini dilakukan secara sepihak. Akhirnya dia meminta kompensasi dari sisa kontraknya yang bersisa beberapa bulan lagi kalo tidak ia mengancam akan mengadukannya ke FIFA. Akhirnya, kepengurusan PSSI yang baru berunding tentang masalah ini yang berjalan dengan alot. Negosiasi ini berjalan tidak lancar karena PSSI mau membayar setengah dari sisa kontrak.

Pemecatan ini dinilai tak tepat karena kinerja kepelatihan Alfred saat melatih Indonesia timnas senior cukup bagus meskipun baru menghadapi tim-tim yang levelnya sama dengan indonesia di Asia Tenggara dan berhasil memunculkan pemain baru seperti Okto dan Nasuha.

PSSI menganggap Pemecatan ini dianggap sah karena Alfred Riedl bukan terikat oleh kontrak PSSI, melainkan Nirwan Bakrie selaku Ketua Badan Timnas Nasional dan pemecatan ini sesuai peraturan. Mereka juga mengatakan bahwa telah mencari surat kontrak tersebut, namun tidak ditemukan keberadaannya.
Faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya konflik tersebut yaitu:

·         Terjadinya pergantian kepengurusan lama menjadi baru, yang membuat beberapa kebijakan berubah.
·         Kontrak yang dilakukan bukan dari PSSI.
·         Kompensasi dari sisa kontrak yang tidak dibayar oleh PSSI.
·    Adanya keinginan kepengurusan PSSI baru untuk menghilangkan semua kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh kepengurusan PSSI yang lama.

Solusi yang kami tawarkan terhadap masalah ini adalah:
·         Membayar kompensasi kontrak secara penuh sesuai dengan durasi kontrak yang tersisa.
·         Memberikan surat pemberhentian secara terhormat.
·         Memberikan informasi sejelas-jelasnya kepada media, sehingga tidak timbul dugaan-dugaan yang negatif.
·         Menambah kebijakan-kebijakan baru, tetapi tidak menghilangankan kebijakan-kebijakan yang positif.

PT. Freeport vs Front Persatuan Perjuangan Rakyat Papua

PT Freeport saat ini memang menjadi pemberitaan di banyak media massa, cetak, elektronik. Terkait dengan kontibusinya terhadap Indonesia khususnya Papua. Sampai saat ini Freeport belum bisa menyejahterakan Papua, Timika. Padahal Freeport berada di Papua sejak 1967. Emas, Tembaga, dan Perak banyak diambil dengan persentase pembagian keuntungan yang tidak merata.
Mirisnya lagi berdasarkan data penduduk setempat, 47,99 % masyarakat papua dihimpit kemiskinan, dan di Papua Barat persentasenya 36,85 %. Jika digabungkan, total persentase keluarga yang dihimpit kemiskinan di semua wilayah yaitu 45,43%.

Data juga mengungkapkan, produksi emas di Grasberg mencapai 86,2 juta ons, 32,2 juta tembaga dan 154,9 juta ons perak, namun ironisnya Papua tergolong provinsi miskin dan mayoritas penduduk Mimika di mana Freeport beroperasi, hidup di bawah garis kemiskinan.
Pemerintah kehilangan triliunan rupiah setiap tahun, padahal keuntungan bersih perusahaan itu pada 2002 mencapai Rp 1,27 triliun, tahun 2003 naik menjadi Rp 1,62 triliun, berikutnya melonjak menjadi Rp 9,34 triliun.

AS menguasai 81,2 saham PT Freeport Indonesia, sedangkan pemerintah Indonesia hanya 9,4 persen dan walaupun kontrak Freeport habis pada 1997, kontrak karya diperbarui di mana Freeport mendapat lisensi baru selama 30 tahun berikutnya, ditambah opsi dua kali 10 tahun sehingga perusahaan itu berhak berada di Tembagapura hingga 2041. Para intelektual Indonesia khususnya cendekiawan Papua harus memberi solusi bagaimana sumber daya alam Papua dikelola secara adil.

Jadi wajar jika masyarakat papua semakin gerah dengan hal ini. Dan itu dibuktikannya dengan konflik berkepanjangan antara masyarakat dengan perusahaan. Mereka menamakan diri mereka dengan Front Persatuan Perjuangan Rakyat Papua. Wajar insiden penembakan, kerusuhan, pembunuhan terjadi berkali-kali. Ketidakadilan antara perusahaan dengan masyarakat merupakan momok menakutkan bagi kita karena memicu peperangan jika tidak diatasi segera.

Kekerasan, perusakan lingkungan, dan ketidakadilan sosial, paparnya, telah melekat dalam sejarah operasi PT Freeport di Papua yang mulai beroperasi sejak tahun 1967. Insiden yang terjadi berturut-turut di Papua dinilai tidak terlepas dari rangkaian persoalan ketidakadilan yang timbul akibat beroperasinya PT Freeport Indonesia di Papua. ketidakadilan dengan diberikan ruang sangat besar oleh Pemerintah kepada PT Freeport untuk mengeksploitasi kekayaan tanah Papua. "PT Freeport mengeksploitasi dan mengakses kehidupan politik, ekonomi, dan sosial rakyat Papua. Ketika sudah kebablasan, pemerintah tidak berdaya," menurut  Berry Nahdian, Direktur Eksekutif Nasional Wahana Lingkungan Hidup Indonesia.

kita ingin lagi membahas hal yang sebenarnya kurang terekspose oleh media, yaitu Uranium. Sebenarnya yang diincar oleh USA lewat PT Freeport bukan emas, tembaga, atau perak, melainkan Uranium. Hal ini juga ditekankan oleh guru Fisika SMA Bahtra Audika, bahwa Uranium merupakan proses penciptaan energi terbaru yang akan mulai dipakai di masa depan, energi nuklir yang bahan utamanya adalah Uraninum. Dan hal yang membuat kita terkejut adalah Ampas dari Uranium yaitu Emas. Ini yang menjadi perhatian kita semua bahwa selama ini PT Freeport memproduksi Uranium secara diam-diam. Cadangan energi masa depan kita semakin berkurang. Ini harus segera diberikan solusi.

Berikut ini kami memberikan poin faktor penyebab terjadinya konflik tersebut:
·         Pembagian Keuntungan Tidak Merata: mesk
·         Lingkungan yang terbengkalai akibat penambangan
·         Perekrutan tenaga asing

Solusi yang kami tawarkan terhadap permasalahan tersebut diatas adalah:

·         Merangkul masyrakat sekitar untuk membangun dan menjalankan kegiatan ekonomi.
·         Pembagian keuntungan yang merata
·         Pemerintah berperan aktif dalam melakukan pengawasan sehingga bisa terdeteksi jika terjadi penyelewengan.
·         Perubahan manajamen.
·         Peningkatkan kepemilikan saham oleh pemerintah, sehingga hasil tambang bisa dimanfaatkan sendiri.
·         Penampungan Uranium oleh Negara dengan persentase hampir seimbang dengan PT Freeport.

Pemain Arsenal Yang Mirip Dengan Bambang Pamungkas

tak salah jika semua manusia yang ada di dunia ini mempunyai kemiripan dengan yang lain meskipun tidak seluruhnya. Itupun yang terjadi di arsenal ketika ada pemain muda binaan akademi, nico yennaris yang mulai masuk ke tim inti arsenal, mempunyai kemiripan dengan salah satu pemain sepak bola andalan indonesia yaitu bambang pamungkas. Terlihat mirip jika dengan sudut pandang dari depan, tetapi berbeda ketika mereka berada pada posisi lain. Ya, kembali lagi ke pendapat. Ini menurut saya.



Nico yennaris berposisi sebagai Wing Back sementara bambang pamungkas berposisi sebagai Striker. Semoga dengan kemiripan ini pemain sepak bola indonesia lebih dikenal. Hehehe. semoga.

gak tau kenapa. Atau saya yang salah mengartikan. Tapi menurut saya, cinta itu membuat segala sesuatu jadi rumit. Pertama, kita suka dengan orang lain membuat kita menjadi senang atau apalah. Orang-orang yang paham dengan hal ini menyebutnya dengan kasmaran. Membuat segala sesuatu yang kita kerjakan atau lakukan dilakukan dengan mood yang baik. Tetapi apakah perasaan suka terhadap seseorang itu harus dilakukan ke tahap lebih lanjut? Saya punya masalah dengan hal ini.

Kemudian saya dipaksa dengan perasaan saya itu untuk melakukan suatu gebrakan, untuk melampiaskan perasaan saya. Mulailah saya mencari informasi kemudian mendapatkannya secara tidak mudah. Kemudian waktu semakin maju. mulailah hubungan dari kulit luar, masuk ke lapisan dalam. Dan menemukan fakta yang tidak mengenakan. Akhirnya mundur pelan-pelan. Masuk lagi ke wanita lain yang saya suka. Lagi-lagi dihadapkan pada kondisi yang sama. Meskipun begitu, tetap masuk secara paksa dan akhirnya bisa masuk tetapi sulit untuk bisa hingga mencapai kedalaman yang kita inginkan. 

Pertanyaan dari saya, mengapa cinta itu ribet dibandingkan dengan perasaan yang didapatkan. Apakah itu kodrat seorang laki-laki yang agresif untuk mendekati lawan jenis yang disukai. Apakah cinta bisa dibuat menjadi lebih simpel dengan interaksi yang agresif dari kedua jenis, dan tidak saling menunggu. Apakah laki yang jantan akan mendapatkan apa yang diinginkannya? Hal yang sangat sangat bagi saya.

hmm... Saya menyayangkan terhadap sikap dia yang menghina agama lain, agama yang saya anut. Menghina rosul dengan perkataan yang keji, kotor, dan biadab. Wajar jika kita marah, kesal terhadap ulah orang tersebut. Tetapi kita sebagai orang yang menganut agama tersebut jangan terpancing emosi. Mungkin orang tersebut ingin mengadu domba atau membuat pertengkaran dan permusuhan antar umat beragama. Tetap kita hormati dan toleransi antar umat beragama. Dan apakah kita pantas marah terhadap orang tersebut yang menghina agama kita sementara kita juga lalai terhadap ajaran dan perintah agama?. 

Kembali lg kepada jaman rosulullah saat dia mendapat umpatan, cacian, hinaan, perlakuan kasar dan tindakan buruk lainnya saat beliau menyebarkan agama. Tetapi beliau tidak merasa kesal atau sedih. Menanti Kejutan Dari Carlos Vela

Jujur pemain muda yang paling saya suka waktu itu dan bertahan hingga saat ini adalah Carlos Vela, pemain yang gemilang di Piala Dunia U-17. Saat itu dia menjadi top skor dan meraih penghargaan sebagai pemain terbaik di Turnamen tersebut. Wenger kepincut dan mendatangkannya dari klub pemilik Vela saat itu, Chivas Guadalaraja. Meskipun telah ditransfer, Vela belum bisa masuk skuad karena ijin kerja sehingga meminjamkanya ke Klub Spanyol saat itu Celta Vigo.

Malang melintang di Klub Spanyol, pada akhirnya Vela telah mendapatkan ijin kerja dan Wenger pun memasukkannya ke skuad pada musim kompetisi 2008/2009. Akhirnya yang ditunggu pun tiba. Memulai debutnya saat melawan Newcastle di Emirates menggantikan Robin Van Persie. Permainannya bagus dengan skill yang diatas rata-rata sehingga perolehan golnya semakin banyak kemudian. Tetapi permainanya semakin menurun saat mengalami cedera ditambah lagi dengan persaingan membuat Wenger akhirnya meminjamkannya kembali ke klub lain yang dapat memberikannya kesempatan bermain lebih banyak karena Wenger tidak mau kehilangan talenta Mexico ini begitupun saya.

Musim ini juga Vela akhirnya dipinjamkan ke Real Soceidad di Liga BBVA. Saya suka Carlos Vela karena skillnya bukan main, berteknik tinggi. Tetapi yang membuat saya begitu kepincut adalah ketika bermain di Football Manager. Finishingnya mencapai 19 dari 20 pada umur 19 tahun. Penilaian dari Sega Games bukan sembarangan karena berdasarkan fakta dan data. Inilah yang membuat saya ngefans berat sama Carlos Vela. Semoga permainanya semakin baik dan masuk skuad inti arsenal sehingga tidak dijual oleh Arsene Wenger. Semoga...

Semakin hari kita sebagai manusia secara tidak langsung dihadapkan pada kondisi yang buruk terkait dengan kesehatan. Udara yang kotor, pola makanan yang tidak direkomendasikan, dan sumber makanan/pangan yang tidak layak yang menghilangkan nutrisi di dalamnya. Belum lagi kita kurang peka terhadap ancaman penyakit yang datang beserta dampak yang ditimbulkan seperti tidak mencuci tangan atau makanan yang kurang bersih. Tetapi yang menjadi masalah saat ini adalah sumber makanan, makanan dan minuman yang beredar di masyarakat. Makanan yang sangat tidak layak yang dikonsumsi oleh kita sehari-hari. Berikut ini saya coba memberikan contoh dari makanan-makanan tersebut.

Siomay. Makanan ini pada umumnya menjadi favorit masyarakat. Manjadi jajanan anak-anak, makan siang, atau cemilan. Banyak Siomay saat ini yang dibuat dengan sangat tidak layak. Siomay yang saat ini beredar dibuat dari bahan-bahan bukan pangan. Seperti Boraks, Ikan Sapu-sapu, Ikan Busuk, Saus Cabai Busuk. Kemudian Lontong Sayur, yang dibuat dari Boraks, Pemutih, Santan Basi, Telur Busuk. Makanan selanjutnya yaitu Krupuk yang dibuat dari Pewarna Tekstil dan Pemutih. Lalu ada Beras yang diberi Pemutih, Sayuran Busuk, Buah Berpestisida. Masih ada lagi Donat yang dibuat dengan Lilin, Boraks, dan Pewarna Tekstil. Gorengan pun sama dibuat dari minyak yang dicampur oleh plastik pembungkusnya, Sayuran Busuk, Pemutih. Apakah anda pernah makan Gorengan yang rasanya asam. Itu adalah Gorengan dengan Sayuran Busuk di dalamnya. Masuk ke minuman ada Es Serut yang dibuat dengan bahan yang sama seperti Pewarna Tekstil, Pemanis Buatan, Tempat yang kotor, dan Air Sungai.

Hampir semua makanan maupun sumber pangan yang ada saat ini telah menjauhi dari nutrisi di dalamnya yang mengancam kesehatan. Semua itu terjadi menurut saya karena tuntutan ekonomi yang semakin meningkat, sementara masyarakat menginginkan serba murah tetapi memuaskan, termasuk saya, sehingga para pelaku usaha mencari jalan pintas dengan menciptakan atau menjual makanan murah tetapi “berkualitas”. Semua hal tersebut bisa dihindari dengan lebih bijak dalam melihat ekonomi saat ini dan lebih cermat dalam memilih makanan atau sumber pangan yang akan kita konsumsi. Dan terakhir, jangan menginginkan sesuatu dengan iming-iming harga murah tetapi bisa menghancurkan tubuh kita. Semoga masyarakat lebih cerdas dalam menyikapi hal ini dengan melihat sesuatu secara realistis. Be wise...
