how delighted i was when successfully landed the Argentine great asset, Diego Buonanotte from River Plate in 2007 at age 16. he has an ability to be gorgeous attacking midfielder and its realized. at age 19 he got a label “promising youngster” from media. his technique reach 18 from 20 at age 16, passing 18 from 20 and creativity 19 from 20. it’s the truth that i smartly scout the talent from South America. you know, that region is untouchable mine.

the most talented Chilean young player at the youngest age in my u-18 squad. i like him just that time while i started managing club. i bought him from Colo in 2007 at age 14. so fantastic having this player. with great skill, 16 from 20 and smart finishing, 17 from 20. i also give him hard-work training schedule. until 17 years old, i bravely move him into senior squad. at age 18, his finishing reached 19 from 20 and skill 20 from 20. really talented.
